That posture supports Illinois environmental expectations for stormwater and helps Meridian avoid the commercial wash fee stack under Four Rivers Sanitation Authority Ordinance No. 25-26 R 17 — including Group 07 Recycled car-wash rates of $0.52622 per Ccf and Group 08 Non-Recycled rates of $1.28447 per Ccf — as well as the $100.00 annual interceptor inspection fees and the $250.00 analytical monitoring surcharges typical of high-volume wet wash facilities.
